WORKING
WITH A BUYER'S AGENT
When
the Rob and Richard Team is working for you, you are assigned
your own Buyer's Agent (of which we have 7). Your Buyer's
Agent will be dedicated to guiding you through the entire
process.
After
interviewing you to find out your needs and desires, your
Buyer's Agent will take you on a tour of the city with a list
of properties available that fit your criteria. With
his/her portable computer a wealth of knowledge is at their
fingertips.
When
you find the house you just love, your Buyer's Agent will
negotiate the best contract for you. Negotiating a contract
is not as simple as it might seem. How you might negotiate
in one local region could ruin your chances for success in
another region. Negotiations depend heavily on market
conditions. Our thorough understanding of the marketplace
and our experience in negotiating contracts will guide you
through this critical phase of home buying.
